Scope of work

Construction progress

The roof has been tiled and the gable brickwork completed. Insulation, plasterboarding and plastering have progressed across the new rooms.

A key challenge was the existing internal timber frame. Unforeseen structural issues required additional discussion and coordination to plan reinforcement. This work highlights the importance of addressing the structure behind the finished surfaces.
